MPG Dover is seeking an Applications Engineer to evaluate customer RF and microwave filter requirements and develop accurate quotations. The role collaborates with Engineering to ensure alignment with design, manufacturing, and testing processes, and uses ERP/CRM tools to generate part numbers, pricing, and quotes.

The candidate will support Business Development and Inside Sales, manage multiple opportunities, and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical or Electronics Engineering required.
• 5+ years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel on occasion.
