Job summary

Enviromatic Systems, Inc. is seeking an DDC/Energy Management System Applications Engineer to join our office-based team.

The role focuses on creating control drawings in VISIO, wiring diagrams, system architecture, and drafting sequences of operations, with minimal field work. You will coordinate with the programmer, project manager, and sales engineer to ensure proper scope, survey existing facilities, and produce clear documentation.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Service driven attitude and responsive to customers.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC control systems.
• Experience with drawings and graphics (Visio preferred).
• Ability to survey existing facility systems and interpret plans.

Responsibilities

DDC/Energy Management System Applications Engineer

Enviromatic Systems, Inc. installs DDC control systems in commercial office buildings, schools, hospitals, colleges and government buildings.

Full-time Duties Included But Not Limited To

• Creating control drawings in VISIO
• Ensuring proper electrical wiring diagrams
• System architecture and layout
• Drafting sequence of operations
• Communicating with programmer, project manager, and sales engineer to ensure proper scope of work
• Coordination with internal and external customers
• Creating bill of materials
• Wiring termination and panel layout detailing
• Documentation of as-built manuals
• >>95% of job is performed in an office environment. Minimal field work.

Requirements

• Experience with MEP plan/spec interpretation and application
