Enviromatic Systems, Inc. is seeking an DDC/Energy Management System Applications Engineer to join our office-based team.

The role focuses on creating control drawings in VISIO, wiring diagrams, system architecture, and drafting sequences of operations, with minimal field work. You will coordinate with the programmer, project manager, and sales engineer to ensure proper scope, survey existing facilities, and produce clear documentation.

Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication.
Service driven attitude and responsive to customers.
Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC control systems.
Experience with drawings and graphics (Visio preferred).
Ability to survey existing facility systems and interpret plans.

Responsibilities

Create control drawings in VISIO.
Ensure proper electrical wiring diagrams.
Develop system architecture and layout.
Draft sequence of operations.
Coordinate with programmer, project manager, and sales engineer to define scope.
Collaborate with internal and external customers.
Create bill of materials.
Detail wiring termination and panel layout.
Document as-built manuals.
