Salary: $89,996.00 - $136,842.00 annually

Position Overview
As an Applications Developer Administrator with the Health and Human Services IT Delivery Center, you will shape major systems supporting programs across the Commonwealth. Your work supports mission‑critical tools that help keep important services running smoothly across several state agencies.
Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Guide and mentor technical staff in developing, testing, and supporting complex applications.
- Project Oversight: Manage planning, execution, and monitoring of multiple IT projects across agencies.
- System Management: Direct the design, configuration, and improvement of critical enterprise systems.
- Technical Evaluation: Assess design options and recommend technology solutions that align with business needs.
- Quality Assurance: Review work products, ensure compliance with standards, and coordinate testing activities.
- Stakeholder Support: Collaborate with agency partners to identify needs and enhance system performance.
Work Schedule and Additional Information
- Full‑time employment.
- Work hours range from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday‑Friday; lunch period based on selected schedule.
- Telework opportunity part‑time with a minimum of two onsite days per week; requires secure high‑speed Internet and approved Pennsylvania location.
- Starting annual salary for new Commonwealth employees: $89,996.00.
Qualifications
- One year as a Senior Applications Developer (Commonwealth or equivalent Federal title); or
- Six years of IT experience including four years in application development/maintenance; or
- Four years of IT experience in application development/maintenance plus an associate’s degree; or
- Two years of IT experience in application development/maintenance plus a bachelor’s degree; or
- Equivalent combination of experience and training.
- Must meet PA residency requirement.
- Must be able to perform essential job functions.
