As an Application Analyst I at Endeavor Health, you will be responsible for supporting an assigned application portfolio, including designing, documenting, implementing, and testing software or application solutions. A key focus is the efficient monitoring and management of issue resolution through timely ticket closure. You will also participate in the implementation of new workflows and products in alignment with the organization's strategic goals.
To be successful in this role, you will be expected to learn the latest solutions and technologies and advocate for the adoption of industry best practices.
This position will support the ongoing maintenance and health of the three current Endeavor Health Patient Portals. Specifically, this role provides a unique opportunity to actively support Endeavor Health's strategic consolidation of our legacy patient portals into the unified, Epic-powered MyEndeavor patient portal. As a primary point of contact for portal maintenance, the analyst will bridge the gap between technical system performance and clinical operations, ensuring a seamless digital experience for both our providers and the patients we serve.
