Job summary

Endeavor Health seeks an Applications Analyst II to implement and support an assigned portfolio of clinical ancillary apps across inpatient and ambulatory teams. You will lead small to mid-size projects, translate business needs into technical specs, and mentor junior staff while advancing technical skills.

You will stay current with new solutions and best practices, supporting non-Epic applications and collaborating with stakeholders for go-live events and enhancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, health informatics or a related field.
• Three (3) or more years of experience in a healthcare setting or related industries.
• Experience maintaining clinical non-Epic applications such as Provation/Obix/Neruoworks/SentrySuite/Polysmith (or similar).

Responsibilities

• Configure, document, implement and test software/application solutions to meet user workflow requirements.
• Monitor and resolve issues for enterprise applications and mentor junior team members.
• Lead small to medium projects and support larger projects as a workflow SME.
• Design reports and presentations on project activities and results.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into build specifications.
• Stay up to date with trends in relevant technologies.

Hourly Pay Range:$37.85 - $58.67 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.Position Highlights:Position: Applications Analyst II - Clinical AncillaryLocation: Skokie, IL or Arlington Heights, IL or Warrenville, ILFull TimeHours: Monday-Friday, 8:00- 5:00pmRequired Travel: local travel to other sites will be required as needed.Hybrid PositionJob Summary:As an Application Analyst II at Endeavor Health, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting an assigned application portfolio with a focus on timely closure of incidents/requests. You will be leading small to medium projects, translating business needs into technical specifications and partnering with stakeholders on strategic initiatives.
