Qualifications

• Requires an Associate degree or equivalent; combination of education and experience considered.
• Preferred Bachelor’s degree in business, clinically related field, health informatics or computer science.

Responsibilities

• Provides solutions to complex technical problems across diverse scope.
• Designs and builds systems to meet customer needs within IS architecture.
• Collects and analyzes information from users; defines scope and objectives; conducts feasibility studies.
• Writes system and configuration specifications to meet user needs on implementation.
• Prepares and maintains technical documentation for users and ongoing operations.
• Performs impact assessment and ensures remediation is completed.
• Leads design sessions with end-users and cross-functional teams.
• Adheres to system standards and best practices and guides others as needed.
