Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supports analysis, design, implementation, operation, deployment and support of IT resources.
• Designs and builds systems to meet customer needs within IS architecture.
• Collects user info, defines scope, and conducts feasibility studies for solutions.
• Writes specs and maintains technical documentation for users.
• Performs impact assessments and ensures remediation.
• Leads design sessions and may guide other team members.
• Supports system upgrades, testing, and validation with senior staff.
