Position Overview

The Applications Analyst 1 will collaborate with UW Medicine teams to support and enhance provider data systems, including Epic SER and Kyruus Provider Directory. Responsibilities include analyzing requirements, designing solutions, providing support, and managing projects throughout the system lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze system requirements
• Design, develop, test, and implement system enhancements
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and training for provider data systems
• Manage projects and document processes to meet customer needs

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Health Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of recent healthcare or IT experience, preferably with EHR systems
• Experience with healthcare IT, data management, and supporting clinical workflows
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Epic security and provider access provisioning
• Knowledge of healthcare operational workflows and data analysis
• Previous experience supporting enterprise healthcare systems
