Job Title: Senior Application Analyst - Patient Access

Position Overview: This remote position is open to incumbents residing in Florida. While primarily remote, occasional on-site support may be required at an assigned location.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Primary build, support, testing, and implementation related to Epic Cadence and MyChart scheduling.
2. Collaborate with MyChart, Marketing, and Web teams to support online/automated scheduling integrations (e.g., On My Way, Direct Scheduling, Fast Pass, Open Scheduling, Ticket Scheduling).
3. Provide daily support for projects, implement enhancement requests, and manage incident tickets.
4. Prepare and execute functional system and program specifications using structured methodologies.
5. Serve as a subject matter expert on project teams and initiatives, develop test scripts, conduct testing, and support application upgrades and go-lives.
6. Utilize advanced application and analytic skills to design, build, and test solutions meeting organizational needs.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree required; 7+ years of relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
• Experience: Minimum of seven years in Information Systems.
• Additional Experience: Epic Cadence certification (required); 3+ years of Epic Cadence build, support, and implementation experience.
