Software Application Developer/Analyst - III
This role requires a candidate with 5 to 7 years of experience in software development and analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects, project managers, and stakeholders to develop workflow automation solutions based on business requirements.
- Document process definitions and solutions in consultation with process owners.
- Present solution designs during POCs, development, and project implementations.
- Assess user needs and software requirements to ensure feasibility within project constraints.
- Develop, test, validate, and document software systems.
- Manage client stakeholders effectively, providing regular updates on progress, risks, and issues.
Must Have Skills:
- Experience with JavaScript, XML, HTML, CSS; knowledge of React, Python, and SQL is advantageous.
- Ability to design solution architecture, leveraging best practices and out-of-the-box capabilities.
- Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA), especially UI Path, and AI solutions.
- Proficiency with APIs such as REST, SOAP, and JSON.
Desired Skills:
- Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning concepts.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and platforms.
- Strong communication skills for discussing complex technical and business topics across organizational levels.
Additional Information:
- Focus on ServiceNow development, including workflow and application customization, especially with ITSM modules, CMDB, and SPM.
- Experience with API integrations, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub is required.
- Experience with playbooks and workflow guidance is preferred.
This is primarily an ADMIN role, home-based, with a pay range of $50/hr to $55/hr on W2. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401K, PTO, and sick leave. The role is classified as Mid-Senior level, contract, within the IT services and consulting industry.
