Grade 9 (Salaried).**Position Description:**The University of Louisville is seeking a skilled applications administrator to provide support for our ticketing system, **TeamDynamix.** This position will be responsible forthe configuration, maintenance, and optimization of our TeamDynamix (TDX) platform. This role is critical to ensure the reliability, scalability, and usability of our IT Service Management (ITSM), Project Portfolio Management (PPM), and enterprise workflow automation systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement service catalog enhancements, streamline ticket routing, create/maintain workflows, and develop system integrations using TDX iPaaS functionality. Experience with administering ticketing systems, CRM’s, and systems that heavily utilize forms and workflows is a plus. Specific duties related to this position are: * Administer and maintain the TeamDynamix platform, including service catalog, ticketing forms, dashboards, workflows, and automation rules.* Lead configuration and deployment of incident, service request, and change management forms.* Manage user roles, permissions, and group assignments across departments.* Develop and maintain integration with third-party systems using TDX iPaaS.* Develop reports and dashboards.* Maintain and foster TDX vendor relationship.* Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements.* Collaborate with ITSM leads, consultants, and stakeholders to align platform capabilities with business needs.
