Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Computer Science.
• At least two years' experience in the administration or support of software applications.
• Knowledge of release management and hosted systems; troubleshooting Azure Virtual Desktop issues; creating reports with Crystal Reports, SSRS, Power BI and SQL.
• Data governance and data hygiene knowledge; customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate development, implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of applications for the Department of Health.
• Manage application lifecycle activities including upgrades, patches, defects resolution, and config changes.
• Provide technical support, training, and guidance to agency users; collaborate with vendors and IT teams.
