Job summary

HarmonyTech is seeking an Application Workflow SME with deep OpenText AppWorks and Content Server expertise to guide enterprise workflow implementations in Health IT and government contexts.

The role requires 10+ years in ECM/BPM and 5+ years with CMS; you will analyze EIM and BPM solutions for government teams and advise on COTS deployments, ensuring secure, compliant workflows.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Health IT and secure ECM workflows experience.
• 5+ years with Content Management Systems and BPM.
• Experience analyzing and recommending enterprise workflow solutions.
• Experience implementing ECM/BPM and supporting deployments.
• Strong ECM/BPM/EIM knowledge and ability to guide COTS choices.

Job description

HarmonyTech is currently looking for a talented and self-motivated Application Workflow Subject Matter Expert (SME) with the ability to work in a challenging, consultative, and collaborative environment. The SME will provide technical expertise in Enterprise Content Management (ECM) and Business Process Management (BPM) products, particularly OpenText AppWorks and Content Server.

The selected candidate will provide Government and technical teams with analysis and recommendations on the effective use of Enterprise Information Management (EIM) and BPM Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) products to meet current and future application workflow requirements.

Position is available in the National Capital Region (NCR); requires U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance.

Required

• 10+ years of technical experience related to Health IT and secure automated enterprise content management systems implementation
• 5+ years of experience with Content Management Systems and Business Process Management
• Experience providing technical analysis and recommendations for enterprise workflow solutions
• Experience implementing and supporting enterprise content management and workflow solutions
• Strong knowledge of Enterprise Content Management (ECM), Business Process Management (BPM), and Enterprise Information Management (EIM)
• Experience working with Government and technical teams to evaluate and implement COTS solutions
• Ability to provide technical guidance and recommendations for current and future product versions

Desired

• Experience implementing large-scale Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions
• Experience with OpenText Content Suite
• Experience with OpenText AppWorks
• Experience supporting secure enterprise content management environments
• Experience supporting Federal Government or DoD programs

Certification

• CompTIA Security+ certificationf
• OpenText certification in Content Server or AppWorks is highly desirable

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Master’s Degree is desirable
