Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and document application tooling for new/existing products, including concepts, estimation, design build and validation.
• Develop and document assembly processes, spare parts lists, and preventive maintenance.
• Define process steps and sequence of operations.
• Collaborate with product development on enabling technologies.
• Define the supply chain for customer applications.
• Contribute to Product/Process DFMs, FMEAs and risk assessments.
• Define product/documentation parameters and tolerances related to process functions.
• Evaluate safety and occupational health aspects of processes.
• Propose cost-reduction activities for tooling and processes.
