Role : Application Technical Delivery Manager(Only w2)

Location : King of Prussia, PA(Hybrid/Only Locals)

Experience: 14+ years in IT, including 4+ years in project/program management and 6+ years in Azure and/or Salesforce.

Role Overview

Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise Azure and SaaS application programs, including cloud migrations, integrations, greenfield development, and large-scale implementations. Ensure alignment with business objectives, technical architecture, DevOps practices, security, and data governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical delivery from requirements gathering through deployment, go-live, and hypercare.
• Lead global and offshore teams, technical leads, business analysts, QA teams, and project managers.
• Oversee solution architecture, cloud migration, data migration, ETL/ELT, and enterprise integrations.
• Manage integrations across Salesforce, Kafka, MuleSoft, Azure services, SaaS platforms, and legacy applications.
• Drive scope management, requirements closure, UAT, deployment readiness, training, and change management.
• Monitor project milestones, risks, dependencies, action items, and deliverables across multiple workstreams.
• Ensure compliance with DevOps, CI/CD, security, data governance, and quality standards.
• Manage stakeholder communications, daily team meetings, and weekly executive status reporting.
• Review technical solutions and provide delivery guidance to technical leads.
• Manage Jira and Azure DevOps dashboards, release coordination, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 14+ years of IT experience.
• 4+ years of project/program management experience.
• 6+ years focused on Microsoft Azure and/or Salesforce.
• Proven delivery of complex cloud migrations, integrations, and enterprise SaaS implementations.
• Experience delivering at least three large-scale M&A, Salesforce, and/or Azure implementation projects.
• Strong experience with SaaS application development, Salesforce, Azure applications, and enterprise integration.
• Technical knowledge of Azure Resource Manager (ARM), Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Azure Data Factory (ADF), SQL, and ETL/ELT.
• Experience with Kafka, MuleSoft, Master Data Management (MDM), Customer Portals, Sales Cloud, and Integration Hubs.
• Hands-on knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, and/or Copado.
• Strong understanding of DevOps, data governance, security, change management, cloud migration, and quality assurance.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and global/offshore delivery teams.

Mandatory Certifications

Candidates must have at least two certifications from the following:

• Azure Solutions Architect Expert

Additionally, candidates must hold at least one of the following:

• PMP Certification

Education

Mandatory four-year bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with hybrid-cloud environments and CRM integrations.
• Strong Azure/Salesforce DevOps and release management experience.
• Experience with enterprise-scale transformation, M&A integration, and complex multi-team delivery.
