Job summary

Sigma Defense in San Diego, CA is seeking an Application Systems Integration Engineer II to join our team. You will provide detailed integration solution analysis during the ASI process and serve as a liaison between network/pod systems engineering and application providers. The role requires 3–10 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's degree, and a U.S.

citizen. Candidates must hold or be able to obtain an active Secret clearance and may be sponsored.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3-10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with Terraform or other IaaS/IaC.
• Experience with integration with tactical data feeds.
• Experience with Multicast video.
• Must be a U.S. citizen.

Responsibilities

• Identify areas for improvement and lead execution of those plans.
• Elaborate integration requirements gathered by the Application Engineer.
• Act as liaison between Network POR Systems Engineering/tester and application provider.
• Develop integration solutions and prepare HACSIM design documentation and updates.
• Support application/system testing in lab and mitigate integration issues.
• Participate in technical reviews and assist in development/revision of specifications and ECNs.
• Maintain and validate engineering mockups of tactical network systems.
• Document repeatable processes for these integrations.
• Manage integration points: Active Directory/OpenAM, MS Exchange, VMware, OpenShift, AWS, IIS, JBOSS, Cisco IIS, Group Policy.
