Job summary

Sigma Defense Systems LLC in San Diego, CA seeks an Application Systems Integration Engineer III to provide detailed integration analysis in the ASI process. The role requires security clearances, Linux/Windows/Cisco/VMware exposure, and CI/CD tooling experience.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of relevant experience required.
• Experience with Terraform or other IaaS/IaC.
• Experience with integration of tactical data feeds.
• Experience with Multicast video.
• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Security+ CE or CISSP and OS/platform certs: Linux/Windows/VMware/Cisco.

Responsibilities

• Identify improvement areas and lead implementation.
• Elaborate integration requirements collected by Application Engineer.
• Act as liaison between Network POR Systems Engineering/tester and application provider.
• Develop integration solutions and HACSIM design documentation.
• Support application/system testing and resolve issues.
• Participate in technical reviews and documentation changes (SCN, SCD, RFC, ECN, FRCB, FCs).
• Maintain engineering mocks of tactical networks and document repeatable processes.
• Coordinate integration points: AD/OpenAM, MS Exchange, VMware, AWS, OpenShift, System Center, IIS, JBOSS, Cisco SE, GPO.
• Automate processes using PowerShell and Ansible; manage scripts with Git/Bitbucket.
• Work on CI/CD for HACSIM and related automation tools.
