Sira Consulting is seeking a Telecom Assisted Sales Production Support / Application Support Specialist – AURA in a Hybrid Onsite role across Miami, FL and Atlanta, GA. This contract position requires 7+ years of L2/L3 support experience and strong API, Java/Spring Boot, and monitoring skills.

Responsibilities include owning the support for AURA and Total Access, troubleshooting across applications and integrations, monitoring logs and alerts, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to

Qualifications

7+ years in L2/L3 Application or Production Support
Strong experience supporting Telecom Assisted Sales / AURA applications
Expertise in incident management, troubleshooting, RCA, SLA & release support
Strong REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, Java, Spring Boot & Microservices
Experience with Splunk/ELK, Kibana, Grafana, CloudWatch or similar monitoring tools
Good knowledge of AWS, Linux/Unix, Kafka/MSK, CI/CD & DevOps
Experience with ServiceNow/Jira and ITIL processes
Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills

Responsibilities

Own L2/L3 production support for AURA and Total Access applications
Troubleshoot application, API, database, integration, and performance issues
Monitor applications, logs, alerts, APIs, and batch jobs
Coordinate with Dev, QA, DevOps, Infrastructure, DB, Network, and Business teams
Support deployments, releases, rollback, and post-release validation
Prepare RCA, incident reports, runbooks, and operational documentation
