• Strong proficiency in Google Suite and the ability to maintain a predictable, full‑time support schedule.

Responsibilities

• Resolve complex customer software issues for construction accounting and project management solutions.
• Spearhead the creation of Knowledge Base articles and troubleshooting guides for customers and peers.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with development and other departments to influence product evolution.
