Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Help Desk Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to our users.

Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain a thorough working knowledge of the day-to-day operating environment, available tools, and applications.
  2. Follow Help Desk and IT Operations procedures.
  3. Log all incoming problems and requests, and document actions taken to resolve them.
  4. Provide first response help desk support to all customers and users.
  5. Assist in site support and project-specific assignments, troubleshooting and resolving problems as needed.
  6. Support AOC business applications.
  7. Provide follow-up status updates to end-users according to support policies and procedures.
  8. Ensure all closed problems are properly documented.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows 10.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, and Office 365. Training on AOC mainframe systems will be provided.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Visio.
  • Excellent communication skills.
