Job summary

Dexian is seeking an experienced application support professional in Chandler, AZ. The role focuses on supporting front-to-back office operations, leveraging ITSM and monitoring tools, with hands-on Unix scripting and database work.

The candidate will join a 24x5 trading support effort and collaborate closely with the local team to deliver reliable service. The position requires 7–10 years of experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and a willingness to train on front-office trading

Job description

Location: Chandler, AZ (3 days onsite & 2 days remote)

Required Qualifications

• 7-10 years of application support experience.
• ITSM, ITRS, Dynatrace, Splunk.
• AutoSys and Unix shell scripting.
• SQL, Oracle or similar databases, Hadoop, Python
• Front-office/trade-floor experience strongly preferred.
• Middle-office and back-office support candidates will also be considered.
• Willing to train candidates on front-office trading operations.
• Chandler resources will function as an extension of the existing team.
• Upcoming 24x5 trading in 2027 will require significant support improvement
