Job summary

Innova Solutions seeks a Machine Learning Engineer to design agentic AI systems, build and deploy AI solutions on Azure Foundry, and develop RAG pipelines using LangChain. The role focuses on vector databases and enterprise data integration, with a strong emphasis on production-ready LLM-based applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in machine learning, AI engineering, or applied ML
• Strong proficiency in Python for ML and backend development
• Hands-on experience building LLM-based applications
• Experience with vector databases (e.g., Azure AI Search, Pinecone)
• Familiarity with Azure cloud services and enterprise-grade deployments

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Machine Learning Engineer

Position type: Full time, Contract

Duration: 6 months

Location: Richmond VA

As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will:

Day to Day Responsibilities

• Design and implement agentic AI systems capable of planning, tool use, memory, and multi-step reasoning


• Build and deploy AI solutions using Azure AI Foundry and Copilot Studio


• Develop RAG pipelines integrating structured and unstructured enterprise data


• Implement and optimize vector databases for semantic search and long-term agent memory


• Orchestrate LLM-based agents using frameworks such as LangChain (or equivalent)

The ideal candidate will have:

Pay Range and Benefits

Pay Range*: $70 - $75 per hour

Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
