Job summary

Koch Engineered Solutions (KES) is seeking an Application Support Analyst Intern to join our IT team in Wichita, KS. You will help troubleshoot issues, support application enhancements, and collaborate with business users to improve processes and technology solutions.

You will work with experienced IT professionals, learn ERP and engineering applications, and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, startup-like environment with opportunities for meaningful impact and professional growth.

Qualifications

Pursuing a degree in Information Systems, MIS, CS or related technical field with at least one semester remaining.
Authorization to work in the United States
Interest or experience with AI/ML tools and safe usage guided by mentors.

Responsibilities

Assist IT and business teams in supporting application systems and learn troubleshooting.
Proactively monitor and support ERP and Engineering applications.
Collaborate with business users to identify system improvements and optimize processes.
Create and maintain documentation to resolve common issues.
Participate in team meetings and project activities to learn IT operations.
Coordinate with partners to conduct user acceptance testing.
Suggest enhancements to improve workflows and user experience.
Continuously learn new systems and products as needed.
Work with internal teams and external vendors to support application reliability.
