As an intern, you will analyze processes, translate objectives into solutions, and gain skills in analytics, BI tools, and cross-functional collaboration in a dynamic business environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in MIS/IS/Business Analytics/CS/Data Analytics with at least one semester remaining.
• Eligible for full-time work by August 2028.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with generative AI tools and responsible usage to support research and productivity.
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand processes and opportunities.
• Analyze current processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
• Gather, document, and analyze business and system requirements.
• Support technology projects from discovery through implementation.
• Create process maps, user stories, requirements documentation, and presentations.
• Collaborate with software developers, project teams, and business users to deliver solutions.
• Assist with data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development.
• Participate in testing activities, issue identification, and solution validation.
• Evaluate new tools, technologies, and process improvements.
• Develop insights and recommendations that create value for customers and the business.
• Work closely with developers, project managers, and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Present findings and project results to stakeholders and leadership teams.
