Qualifications

• Enrolled in a degree program in IS/MIS/CS or related field with at least one semester remaining.
• Eligible for full-time employment by June 20208
• Demonstrates initiative, curiosity, and strong communication skills.
• Curiosity and basic hands-on experience experimenting with AI/ML tools or a clear willingness to learn and apply such tools safely under guidance.

Responsibilities

• Assist IT and business teams in supporting application systems and learning how to troubleshoot basic technical issues
• Help proactively monitor and support key ERP and Engineering applications
• Partner with business users to understand system challenges and identify opportunities for improvement
• Support the creation and maintenance of documentation to help resolve common problems
• Participate in team meetings and project activities to gain insight into IT operations and business transformation projects
• Coordinate with business partners to conduct user acceptance testingRecommend enhancements of products to optimize work processes
• Continue to quickly learn new systems and products based on business needs
• Participate in projects that improve business processes, application functionality, and user experience
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to support application reliability and business continuity

What You Will Do

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Currently enrolled in a degree program related to one of the following areas: Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or related technical field with at least one semester or term remaining after the internship
• Eligible for full-time employment by June 20208
• Initiative, natural curiosity, strong communication skills, and an aptitude for fast‑paced learning
• Curiosity and basic hands‑on experience experimenting with AI/ML tools or generative assistants (Copilot, LLMs, AI APIs) or a clear willingness to learn and apply such tools safely under guidance.
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a Visa transfer or Visa sponsorship

What Will Put You Ahead

• Prior IT support or familiarity with IT service management or ticketing tools (i.e., ServiceNow) is a plus
• Interest in process improvement, software engineering, or data analytics
