Job summary

Holman is seeking an IT infrastructure specialist to deploy, troubleshoot, and maintain applications across dealership operations. You will collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely problem resolution and maintain system availability.

We require knowledge of Windows Server environments, Active Directory, IIS, and Linux, plus mastery of MS Office tools. You will train users and contribute to projects improving analytics, security, and uptime.

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred in CS or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 2003/2008/2012, Active Directory, IIS and Linux.
• Proficient in MS Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint).
• 3+ years’ experience supporting and designing IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Deploys new application software and performs upgrades.
• Troubleshoots, identifies and solves technical problems.
• Interfaces with vendors, developers, and infrastructure teams for problem resolution.
• Maintain system documentation and operating procedures.
• Monitor and manage application availability, capacity and performance.
• Perform daily system monitoring and management tasks.
• Provision monitoring, patching, antivirus and security services for new clients/devices.
• Review alerts and re-mediate issues.
• Work in a 24 hour on-call capacity.
• Train users on operational applications.
