Qualifications

• Experience managing complex deployments and environments.

• ITIL certification or equivalent incident management trading.
• Understanding of FIX protocol.
• 8+ years of experience in the financial services supporting trading & post trade systems.
• A degree in Computer Science or related subject.

You will:

• Provide front line support for systematic trading platforms
• Ensure reliability, maintainability and performance of production environment
• Serve as first point of contact for production issues, support requests and alerts
• Investigate and solve issues and outages as they occur, escalating if necessary
• Collaborate with software development teams to ensure successful deployment of new code into production

They are looking for someone with:
