Hi All,

We are looking for application support engineer with below skills set.

Skills Required:

• Strong understanding of Incident, Problem & Change Management
• Hands-on experience in integrated L2 support
• Experience with Clouds (AWS preferred) will be beneficial
• Experience in Root Cause Analysis and performance tuning
• Experience with SQL
• Log monitoring & APM tools (Splunk, ELK, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, etc.)
• Basic server troubleshooting (Windows/Linux environments)
• Version control systems (Git)
• Strong understanding of ITSM tools JIRA/SNOW
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication skills
