Job summary

IntePros is seeking a senior IT operations engineer to troubleshoot production applications, perform root cause analysis, and implement permanent fixes. You will partner with development, infrastructure, and support teams to resolve complex issues and monitor Java-based applications and SQL Server databases.

Required Qualifications

• Experience with Java, Angular, Kafka, and SQL.
• Knowledge of Agile, DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), and software development practices.

Technical Skills

• SQL Server performance tuning, execution plan analysis, deadlock identification, and stored procedure debugging.
• Ability to read, understand, and troubleshoot Java code.
• Familiarity with job scheduling and configuration management.
• Experience with Unix/Linux, shell scripting, and Tomcat.
• Experience with AWS, Amazon S3, Azure, Docker, Ansible, Python, Splunk, and AppDynamics.
• Ability to use monitoring tools to identify and troubleshoot application issues.
