OSTTRA is seeking an experienced Application Support Engineer in New York City to provide 2nd-line, client-facing support for core trade processing applications hosted across on-prem, client premises, and cloud. OSTTRA is seeking an experienced, analytical, and collaborativeApplication Support Engineerto join our team in New York City. In this role, you will provide critical 2nd-line technical support for our core Trade Processing applications, which are hosted across on-premises, client-premises, and cloud environments.
Reporting directly to the Regional Application Support Manager, you will work closely with a global team in a \"Follow the Sun\" model, ensuring system reliability, optimizing application health, and delivering exceptional service to our financial clients.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $80,000 to $90,000. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographic location, experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications.
