Qualifications

• 5+ years supporting enterprise applications in production.
• 3+ years supporting AWS cloud-native/serverless solutions.
• Strong analytical troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Angular and TypeScript (production support and troubleshooting).
• Python and/or .NET
• SQL Server (MSSQL) and PostgreSQL.
• REST API and integration troubleshooting.
• Monitoring and incident response (CloudWatch, Dynatrace, Splunk, or equivalent).
• 24x7 production support and on-call participation.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot issues across the application, Angular/front-end, AWS services, databases, APIs, integrations, security, and reporting.
• Provide hands-on support for production incidents and on-call rotations.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations to maintain system reliability.
