Job summary

NRI Resource Management Services (RMS) is seeking an Application Support Specialist/Continuous Improvement Coordinator for our client in Lyons, PA on a contract-to-hire basis. This position focuses on application incidents, user support, and ongoing operational excellence.

The role requires 3–5 years of experience supporting SaaS enterprise applications and a Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field. You will collaborate with vendors, business stakeholders, and IT teams to enhance reliability

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience supporting SaaS enterprise business applications.
• Experience with incident, problem, and change management processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Information Technology, or related field preferred; equivalent level of education, training and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 application support for SaaS and enterprise apps.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve incidents and service requests within SLAs.
• Escalate complex issues to vendors or internal teams and coordinate resolution.
• Fulfill access, configuration, and role-based security requests; onboard/offboard users.
• Coordinate with SaaS vendors on patches, upgrades, and releases; perform release validations.
• Identify opportunities to reduce incident volume and improve stability; contribute to runbooks and documentation.
