WHO YOU ARE

As an Application Support Analyst, you are responsible for application maintenance and support, evaluating and making recommendations on techniques, practices, process improvements, or technologies that would enhance business needs. You stay updated on industry trends in web development frameworks, DevSecOps, serverless computing/architecture, and cloud technologies. You enjoy problem-solving and effective communication with stakeholders. Additionally:

• You bring 2+ years of experience in application/technology support
• You have experience in IT Service Management
• You understand web-based client-facing applications
• You have a strong grasp of enterprise architecture patterns and best practices
• You are experienced with monitoring tools like Dynatrace, AppInsight, APIM Catchpoint
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps, Control-M, ServiceNow, DataStage, Linux
• You possess leadership and organizational skills to prioritize, follow through, and escalate issues

As a partner on the InfoSec Service Delivery & Operations team, you will play a vital role in supporting critical applications. We value and foster a diverse and inclusive culture. As an Application Support Engineer, you will:

• Contribute to performance management processes
• Support multi-client, multi-vendor systems by providing technical programming support in evaluation, acquisition, installation, integration, testing, and monitoring of software/hardware environments

Salary Range:
$61,500 - 98,300 USD
