Inersia AE is seeking a dynamic IT Operations Support Analyst to maintain IT infrastructure and provide operational support to remote teams across the US. Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of experience in IT support, with proficiency in both macOS and Windows environments.

About Finni Health:

Finni Health is revolutionizing autism care through innovative technology. We're seeking a dynamic 1099 Contract IT Operations Support Analyst to join our growing team. You'll play a crucial role in maintaining our IT infrastructure and providing essential operational support to our remote team and clinics across the US.

What You'll Do:
  1. IT Operations: Configure and support corporate services (SSO, Google Workspace, Slack, Rippling, Finni Platforms); Manage user accounts, access permissions, and IT asset inventory; Implement security measures and ensure compliance.
  2. Device Management: Configure and support laptops, iPads/tablets, and other devices using MDM solutions; Manage device returns and disposal/recycling.
  3. User Support: Provide timely technical support via phone, email, and remote sessions; Resolve technical issues and maintain internal knowledge documentation.
  4. Operations & Logistics: Handle administrative tasks, project support, and logistical coordination; Manage shipping for devices and materials, including tracking and documentation.
  5. Collaboration: Work closely with operations and other teams to ensure seamless IT and operational processes, supporting operations projects as needed.
  6. Vendor Management: Support vendor escalations and other technology-related projects and tasks.
About You:
  1. 3-5 years of IT Support experience with macOS and Windows environments.
  2. Proficient in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
  3. Skilled in utilizing helpdesk software (Jira, Zendesk, ServiceNow) and MDM solutions.
  4. Required experience in deploying and supporting cloud applications (GSuite, Slack).
  5. Capable of end-user training and IT needs assessment.
  6. Strong documentation and performance monitoring skills.
  7. Demonstrated ability to adapt to evolving technologies and maintain a customer-first approach.
  8. Effective communicator and problem-solver, with a proactive and self-motivated work ethic.
  9. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities within cross-functional teams independently.
Bonus Points:
  • Knowledge of HIPAA compliance.
  • Experience in a high-growth startup environment.
  • Fluent English communicator.
  • Excellent time management skills.

Salary Range: ₱40,000 – ₱60,000 per month.

Working Hours: Mountain Time Zone / Central Time Zone (US Time)
