Summary

This role involves building and supporting applications to serve business needs, participating in the full development lifecycle, and administering automated systems within your area of specialization. You will collaborate with senior developers and architects to identify business needs and technical solutions.

Job Duties

• Assist the business in determining the best technical solutions and integration strategies.
• Develop detailed work plans for analysis, testing, upgrades, modifications, and enhancements.
• Evaluate and maintain technical requirements across development, staging, and production environments.
• Analyze work processes, assess project feasibility, and troubleshoot operational issues.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test scenarios and plans.
• Help develop technology standards and coordinate resources for tasks.
• Serve as a liaison to process owners and subject matter experts.
• Complete tasks by deadlines and communicate variances to management.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Sciences, Technology, or related fields; or equivalent work experience.
• At least 4 years of progressive experience in Information Management, IT, or Healthcare.
• 2 years of build experience on the current EHR system version.
• 1 year of healthcare project and budget management experience.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
• Ability to work well independently and in a team environment.
• Knowledge of relevant processes and applications.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
• Willingness to visit multiple locations if required.
• EPIC Certification (EPIC Prelude, Grand Central) upon hire, Pennsylvania State.

Preferred Qualifications

• Healthcare operations experience.

Physical Demands

Includes lifting up to 25 lbs., frequent sitting/standing, keyboard use, and role-specific activities like kneeling, bending, or CPR.
