Job summary

XPEL Canada is seeking an Application Specialist I to perform entry-level installation services, including window tints, ceramic coatings, and paint protection films. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 18+ years old with 2 years driving experience.
• 6 months in application of automotive protective products (XPEL preferred).
• Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work effectively within a team; keen hand-eye coordination.

• Follow all XPEL safety guidelines and participate in ongoing XPEL training to expand installation skills and product knowledge.
• Communicate effectively with XPEL team members to ensure efficiency is maintained .

The Application Specialist I will support XPEL's daily operations and collaborate with the team to ensure customer satisfaction and a safe, high-performance work environment.

• Work with other senior level installers to increase capabilities and skillset.
• Ensure all installations are completed to XPEL's quality benchmarks by performing initial inspections and making minor adjustments for a flawless finish.

Basic Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent or local equivalent desired
• 18+ years old with 2 years of driving experience
• 6 months in application of automotive protective products (XPEL Preferred) .
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Strong hand-eye coordination and keen attention to detail.
• Effective communicati o n skills .
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs , and perform detailed tasks.
• Must have a current and valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must meet insurability requirements under the company's motor vehicle insurance policy

Desired Qualifications

• Certifications in one or more services (e.g., tinting and ceramic coatings) from recognized providers such as XPEL or 3M is preferred
