Job summary

You will work with senior installers to build skills in a dynamic environment while upholding XPEL’s high safety and quality standards. The role supports daily operations, emphasizes hands-on learning, and requires teamwork, attention to detail, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent preferred.
• 18+ years old with 2 years of driving experience.
• 6 months in application of automotive protective products (XPEL preferred).
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Strong hand-eye coordination and keen attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform detailed tasks.

Responsibilities

• Install XPEL products (one or more) on entry level jobs as defined by difficulty rating.
• Work with senior level installers to increase capabilities and skillset.
• Ensure installations meet XPEL quality benchmarks and are finished flawlessly.
• Follow XPEL safety guidelines and participate in ongoing training.
• Communicate effectively with team to maintain efficiency.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
