Responsibilities

• Establishes QA standards, testing methodologies, and best practices to ensure high-quality software solutions.
• Oversees test planning, execution, defect management, and release validation with proper coverage and risk mitigation.
• Develops, monitors, and reports quality metrics and KPIs, driving improvements across the QA function.
• Leads the application administration team, including talent management and performance reviews.
• Assists with budget processes for system, utility, and application software strategy.
• Identifies training needs and mentors staff; delivers training across IT and business areas.
• Acts as project leader and SME on multiple complex projects; provides oversight to all team activities.
