Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of managerial experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with ITSM/configuration tools is preferred.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the application production support team for assigned projects and ensure high performance.
• Monitor application performance and availability, proactively identifying issues.
• Implement ITIL incident, problem, and change management processes.
• Prepare and present regular reports on performance, incidents, and improvements.
• Participate in on-call rotation and provide after-hours support as needed.
