• Proven experience with application performance monitoring in enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and support Dynatrace to monitor performance across applications and services.
• Identify bottlenecks and propose optimization strategies.
• Deploy and maintain monitoring solutions with full instrumentation.
• Monitor availability and end-user experience across enterprise systems.
• Analyze metrics, logs, and alerts to resolve production issues.
• Collaborate with development and operations to improve performance.
• Develop dashboards, alerts, and monitoring standards for operations.
• Troubleshoot performance issues across distributed environments.
• Follow ITIL for Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Requests.
• Create and maintain technical docs and procedures.
• Participate in performance tuning and continuous monitoring improvements.
