ManpowerGroup’s client is seeking an Application Modernization Developer to join the Application Development Department in Austin. You will analyze legacy applications and design modernization paths, focusing on refactoring, rebuilding, or replatforming to meet current standards.

Qualifications
- Experience in application modernization or legacy system transformation.
- Strong hands-on development skills in Java, .NET, Node, or Python.
- Understanding of modern architectures such as microservices, REST APIs, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-ready design.
- Ability to work with legacy systems including old frameworks, monoliths, on-prem infrastructure, and old API layers.
- Good debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
