Qualifications

• 8+ years working as a software developer on application development projects.
• Hands-on experience with Rational Application Developer, EJBs, Java Struts, HTML5, XML, JSON, JavaScript (jQuery, Bootstrap), browser debugging tools, Ant and SVN.
• Experience eliciting requirements from end users and translating into epics and tasks.
• Ability to follow requirements end-to-end and deliver requested functionality.
• Experience working in an Agile Scrum environment and communicating with business owners.

Responsibilities

• Assess user requirements and translate them into technical tasks and code.
• Perform full stack development across front-end and back-end layers.
• Implement workflows, reporting, and dashboards within existing applications.
• Create user access functionality and write technical and user documentation.
• Collaborate in a virtual Agile team and present work to stakeholders.
