Job summary

United Flow Technologies (UFT) is seeking an Application Lead to own the design, development, integration, deployment, and ongoing support of our enterprise application portfolio. You will collaborate with business leaders, the Head of IT, and third-party providers to translate requirements into scalable Quickbase, ERP, and reporting solutions.

This role requires hands-on technical leadership, strong documentation, and the ability to evolve with UFT's technology needs, including vendor

Qualifications

• 8+ years delivering technical solutions in software development, application services, engineering, or support.
• 4+ years designing and building Quickbase, relational database, SaaS integration, and enterprise solutions.
• Experience designing AI automation solutions using Claude/Code, Claude/Cowork, Codex, Gemini, or similar platforms.
• Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders and produce clear documentation.
• Authorized to work in the United States and willing to travel for business.
• Experience with Quickbase and enterprise apps, REST APIs, JavaScript, .NET, Windows/cloud environments.
• Familiarity with ERP/financial platforms such as QuickBooks, Sage, NetSuite, Foundation, aACE, Epicor, or Vena; AI tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle for Quickbase and other enterprise solutions (requirements, design, demonstrations, development, testing, documentation, training, deployment, support).
• Design, build, and maintain secure REST APIs, SQL-based ETL processes, and integrations across HR, finance, operations, sales, marketing, customer service, and more.
• Develop production-grade AI automations, custom skills, plugins, and MCP integrations with governance and security.
• Serve as the single point of contact for application needs, manage vendor relationships, advise stakeholders, and escalate risks to PMO/Head of IT.
• Maintain dashboards, service metrics, process docs, and regular reporting while ensuring data privacy and audit compliance.
• Monitor escalated tickets and drive permanent remediation for recurring issues.
