Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain REST APIs and data integrations across core systems.
• Develop AI automations, plugins, and MCP integrations with governance and security.
• Serve as primary contact for application needs and manage vendor relationships.
• Maintain dashboards, metrics, and documentation while ensuring data privacy and audit compliance.
• Resolve escalated tickets within SLAs and identify permanent fixes.
