TRUMPF North America is seeking a Laser Applications Engineer to demonstrate laser welding and cutting technologies to industrial customers. You will prepare demonstrations, process samples, and support pre- and post-sales activities as part of a skilled team focused on customer satisfaction.
The role requires 2–5 years of laser processing or materials science experience and a degree in engineering or materials science. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Laser Applications Engineers works as a part of the Laser Applications Laboratory group demonstrating feasibility of TRUMPF laser welding/cutting systems and technologies to industrial customers. In this role you will communicate directly with customers, prepare customer demonstrations and process samples for different industries. You will be a part of a highly skilled team of laser and material experts. Your goal is to support sales by ensuring best in class customer satisfaction in the pre-sales technology evaluation process and customer after-sales support.
Salary Range: $70,310 - $95,125
