Heatcraft Worldwide Refrigeration is seeking an Application Engineer II in Stone Mountain, GA, to provide technical support for commercial refrigeration equipment. Location: Stone Mountain, GA - This position 100% onsite.
The Application Engineer II provides technical support for commercial refrigeration equipment, including commissioning, installation, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance across our broad portfolio of products and solutions.
Our team plays a key role in supporting outside sales teams, customers, and end users by providing expert pre- and post-sales refrigeration application support. Responsibilities include product selection, quotation assistance, system configuration, and troubleshooting of both standard and complex refrigeration systems. In this role, you will help ensure customers receive exceptional support while contributing to the successful application of our products. You will also have opportunities to collaborate with industry-leading engineers on both product and software development initiatives.
Compensation: This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between $78,000 - $103,000 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company’s applicable plan. Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.
