Responsibilities

• Conference and tradeshow support: assist with booth setup and teardown.
• Technical support: respond to customer questions via phone, email and in-person.
• Sales collaboration: work closely with Sales to conduct pre-sales demos and post-sales support.
• Training: conduct online or in-person training sessions to new customers.
• Technical documentation: update our user manuals, application notes, and training materials.
