Qualifications

• 0-2 years of relevant work experience in engineering required.

• Ability to operate standard office equipment, such as a computer and phone.
• Close visual acuity for data review and reading.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support by phone and email to internal and external salespeople regarding product selection and application.
• Develop and communicate solutions for basic product applications under direct supervision.
• Gather information and resolve complex field problems, including possible onsite support travel.
• Highlight and communicate key selling points of current products to sales teams and customers.
• Organize and present onsite and offsite training for internal and external customers.
• Document service calls concerning product questions and field issues.
