Job summary

Marvell is seeking a master's student in EE or Optical Engineering to support its Optical PAM4 DSP products, participate in hands-on lab work, and help address technical issues for customers.

You will collaborate with field application engineers and managers to relay customer needs to marketing and engineering, contributing to next-generation AI and data center solutions at major cloud customers.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Master’s degree in EE, Optical Engineering, or related field with expected graduation Fall 2027 – Summer 2028.
• Eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. law.
• Hands-on lab experience; solid understanding of DSP, analog circuits, and system hardware.

Responsibilities

• Proactively and efficiently support Marvell’s Optical PAM4 DSP products and own issue resolution.
• Act as the interface between customers and Marvell to resolve technical issues.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Master’s Degree in EE, Optical Engineering, or a related field
• Expected graduation date of Fall 2027 – Summer 2028
• Basic proficiency in C and Python
• Solid understanding of digital signal processing (DSP), analog circuits, and system hardware
• Hands-on lab experience
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under applicable U.S. law; applicants may be subject to an export license review process
